Pricing & Payments

• All custom orders require a deposit of 50% upfront, with the remaining balance due when the piece is finished.
• You have two weeks from the completion date to pay the final balance. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the piece.
• Don’t ghost us! We’re understanding and happy to work with you—if you need to arrange a payment plan, just let us know.
• Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the design, materials used, and the time required to create the piece.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to change based on material availability.
• Payments can be made via (Shopify listing, Paypal, Venmo)

Timeline

• Custom orders typically take a few days or a few weeks to complete, depending on the scope of the project and current workload.
• If a rush order is required, please let us know when you inquire, though additional fees may apply.
• We’ll provide regular updates on your order’s progress and will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Artistic Integrity

• Each custom piece is a collaboration, but please trust us as artists to bring your vision to life in a way that stays true to our style.
• We do not recreate other artists' work, so we ask that you don’t send us other artists’ designs to replicate.
• If you’d like to send us inspiration, please see our past designs on our Instagram: @theblacklytedistrict. We actually encourage this to help us gauge your style and design preferences!
• We reserve the right to refuse any custom order if we feel it does not fall within our scope for any reason.
• Minor adjustments can be made during the design phase, but significant changes may incur additional costs.
• Once the final design is approved, no further modifications can be made.
• Due to the bespoke nature of custom work, all sales are final.
