Refunds
All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your jewelry, please reach out to us—we’re happy to help find a solution! However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Repairs
We’re proud to stand by our craftsmanship. We offer free cleaning services for all our pieces. For reasonable damages, we can provide a quote for repairs or replacement stones (just pay shipping). Contact us to arrange these services.

Shipping
Insured shipping is available at checkout for just $10 and is highly recommended to protect your package. Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands.

Custom Orders

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront for all custom orders, which is applied to the final price.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece. After the piece is finished, we’ll notify you for the final payment. You have two weeks to pay the balance.
Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your piece and deposit.
We’re flexible—if you need to arrange installment payments, please let us know. However, we retain the right to resell the piece if necessary.

Absolutely! We offer AfterPay on our website at checkout for convenient installment payments and immediate ownership of your piece. If you’d prefer a customized payment plan, we’re happy to set one up manually through PayPal. Your piece will be shipped once the final payment is made. International Shipping

Although international shipping options may not be available at checkout, we do ship to Canada and can accommodate some international orders. If you're an international client, please contact us directly to discuss your order. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location, and we’ll work with you to calculate the exact cost and ensure compliance with your country’s postal regulations. Please note that some countries have strict rules regarding jewelry made with "precious" metals like silver or gold, which may affect shipping availability.
